• Where are SamsGazebos products manufactured?   SamsGazebos products are made in the USA. They are manufactured in Los Angeles, California. Our products are labor of love, hand crafted and hand finished to maintain craftsman style details.

• What are these products made of?   We use North American Douglas Fir, Pine, Spruce, and Redwood.

• Are these products finished?  Paint is not included.  

• Can I pick up my order?  You can place an order by phone and pick it up from our shop.

• Do I need to pay sales tax?   Sales tax will not be charged for orders shipped outside California.

• How is my personal information handled?

  SamsGazebos webstore is SSL certified and secured with 256-bit encryption. Your payment details are encrypted, kept secure, and never transmitted to us. SamsGazebos will not share or sell your personal information.  For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

• How can I make a payment?

  We accept credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard.  Paypal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on SamsGazebo.com.  It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online.  With a Paypal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or Paypal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank number are never seen by us, you’re 100 % protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.  Paypal customer service is available to assist you at 1-888-221-1161. We do not accept cash, personal checks, traveler’s cheques, C.O.D, nor layaway plan. When attempting to place an order on SamsGazebo.com, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on your credit card, then you will not be charged until your order are shipped. For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for your payment.  We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.   For more information, please refer to our payments and terms.

• CALIFORNIA - Proposition 65 Warning

  California's Proposition 65, also called the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act is a Right to know law regarding Californians being able to make informed decisions to protect themselves from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. The law states that Californians have a right to know if a chemical may cause "more than 1 extra case of cancer in 100,000 people over a 70-year lifetime".

  Chemical used in our products and fasteners on both SamsGazebo.com & SamsGazebos.com may contain chemicals and saw dust known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

  Products sold on SamsGazebo.com and SamsGazebos.com may contain these chemicals in a smaller amount than Proposition 65's concern, or not at all, however we have chosen to issue this warning on all of our products as an act of caution and because our customers have the right to know.
